Julián is an international producer with over a decade of experience across film, television, and advertising. With a background spanning physical production, finance, production services, and visual effects, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the creative and operational demands of large-scale productions. His experience includes collaborations with Netflix, Amazon Studios, Paramount Pictures, and other global partners. Selected credits include One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Night Manager, Paddington in Peru, Gemini Man, Jack Ryan, SEAL Team, and Triple Frontier. At Cinempresa, Julián leads physical production while supporting production services and original content development across Latin America.

FELIPE ALJURE

Founder | Executive Producer

Felipe Aljure is one of the pioneers of Colombia's modern film and television industry. As Founder of Cinempresa, he has spent more than three decades producing original films, leading international productions in Colombia, and helping position the country as one of Latin America's leading production destinations.

As an executive producer and production leader, Aljure has supported major international productions filmed in Colombia, including Love in the Time of Cholera, The Next Three Days, and The Lost City of Z, combining creative leadership with deep knowledge of Colombia's production landscape.

Aljure has also played a pivotal role in shaping the framework that transformed Colombia into the leading destination for international production that it is today. He participated in the development of Colombia's Cultural Law, Film Law 814, and Film Law 1556, contributed to the creation of the country's Film Commission, and served as Colombia's National Director of Cinematography during a formative period for the sector.

Alongside his production work, Aljure is one of Colombia's most acclaimed filmmakers. He wrote and directed the award-winning feature films La Gente de la Universal, El Colombian Dream, and Tres Escapularios, with La Gente de la Universal widely regarded as one of the most influential Colombian films ever made.

PASCALE ALJURE

Production Executive | Business Affairs

Pascale Aljure has over 15 years of experience across the South African and Colombian film industries. After seven years working on international feature films and commercial productions in South Africa, she returned to Colombia and specialized in international production services for feature films, television series, and advertising projects. Her experience spans both independent productions and leadership roles within leading Colombian production service companies. Most notably, she served as Production Executive for the Colombia unit of The Night Manager Season 2. Her broader experience includes productions for Paramount Pictures, StudioCanal, Netflix, BBC, Amazon Prime, and other international partners, combining local expertise with world-class production standards.

From 2018 to 2023, he served as Artistic Director of the Cartagena International Film Festival (FICCI). Through Cinempresa, Aljure continues to connect international producers with Colombia's creative talent, production expertise, and unique filming opportunities.
